Contour measuring

By means of a special ball bar the accuracy of a CNC milling machine is determined in a rapid and rather simple way. During the run of a circular track in a plane ( XY, XZ, YZ ) the axis movements are registered and analysed. The analysis indicates the condition of propelling spindles, servo control, whether an axis movement runs smooth etcetera. In consultation deviations can be adjusted, compensated or repaired.
